After a massage at my favorite establishment, I used the restroom for a while and apparently the Mamasan thought I already left. I caught her looking through one of the doors Peep-holes when I came out to leave the parlor. She put her finger to her lips and said , "please no say anything to the girls next time."
Has anyone ever thought that someone could be looking in the room, either that way or via a security camera ?

I look around the room a lot for cameras. Sometimes I see items that might contain a camera. I am yet to confirm one though. If I saw one for sure, I would be outta there before you could say boo.....

Thinking about the frugality that pervades these cultures, its hard to conceive of anyone spending the $ for covert video.
Was it an FS joint? If not, maybe she was trying to check up on how far her girls were going or how much money was changing hands.

I would also like to know what kind of parlor it was. Legit, R&T, or FS? For legit and R&T is was probably The Rock's idea. If it was FS it could be for the girls' protection or maybe the mamasan was a voyeur, who knows.

in many states they are required by law enforcement,it is also a way to check on the girls to make sure they are safe.if they make a person feel he (or she)is losing there privacy...just put some gum over the hole as you go in... also against the law in many states,if not all,is to have locks on the doors of massage rooms..and table showers... also against the law is to have cameras in massage rooms...just laws and regulations...no big deal...just be safe...realy no indicator of legit or non legit business.

I go to a place that has peep holes in the doors. The girls are afraid that the owner will see them doing things that he does not want them to. I just take a piece of paper towel with a little oil and place it over the peep hole. Another way is to come in early when the owner hasn't arrived yet, that's when I've gotten DATY at a legit only AMP.

Sure if FS were to be performed there or extras beyond their limitation, there would be more evidence that can be found. I think either Mamasan is checking upon her girls for saftey or she's actually enjoying it or maybe as Rock suggested. I know ocgold, if it's a FS place then yes Mamasan was either getting off or checking up for safety. If it's a R&T place and there was more to be had but the provider is still there who knows. ocgold, I'm sure you've figured it out already.

In my experience in the last few years at least, the R&T's are so prevalent that it seems that LE doesn't bust them as much as they do the FS. I know of many places that seem to do handies only and they seem to be around for years. Conversely the FS places (not always , but predominantly) seem to have a shorter lifespan.
And while Apache you could be right, I would suspect in her mind she's thinking her girls are allowed to do HJ's but nothing else. But you are correct technically they are both illegal. Perhaps with limited budgets the municipalities do not have the same resources they did years ago to waste tax payers money (and doing all the work necessary) to close down mere hand job houses.

Happyendingz is a blog by a Pennsylvania licensed massage girl who does erotic (topless, G-string & nude) massage with HJ's only. She says limiting it to HJs only is a strategy to avoid attracting too much attention by law enforcement. Being a licensed massage therapist, she will give therapeutic only to women and to men they are not comfortable with. That way they have a better chance of flying under the radar than the places that are FS. They have their license they can show to LE if they come around for a credentials check and they are less obvious than their nearby FS counterparts. They also don't touch the goods unless asked to do so by the customer -- on the flip, they say "If there is any other part of your body you would like massaged, please indicate by placing my hand on that part of your body." That is the cue for the customer to take the masseuse's hand and place it squarely on his junk. That would protect them from law enforcement, at least under that Minnesota case where the Court of Appeals ruled it was a denial of due process for a cop to arrest a massage girl after he initiated contact with the masseuse's breasts and asked for a HE.

Also, the name of the Minnesota case is People v Burkland. It was a 2009 case and the Minnesota Supreme Court refused to accept the State's appeal. I know the case citation, if anyone wants to know. Mind you, that is not controlling law in other states (at this point), but it provides a good reason for LE to avoid that kind of approach in busting massage parlors -- they would hate to establish that kind of a precedent in their own jurisdiction. Plus it just looks bad if the public finds out that the police are engaging in that kind of behavior.
