Legislation
Well it passed. Unanimous. License fees go way up masseuse must have 100 hours training. Basically the board can decide what ever they want. And put it into legislation. Only one Guy stood up and complained about the prostitution on a number of streets and the crime in the city among other problems and all the board is worried aboutis businesses that pay taxes and have no record Of problems. All they will do is drive away more businesses. Suzi Kim's and. 4seasons and 76spa aren't effected. Wonder if there business will pick up or if some of the spas will relocate or just deal with it. Interesting to see what transpires.
There is lots of room for expansion in the Twin Cities area if they have to move...we'll be glad to help with the moving of the girls...in general no legislation problems here, just the problems of poor/limited service and menu options...
Way too much money involved for the mamasans not to figure out who and what to do. Talking to Sammy on the phone is tough enough when the questions are "who is working this weekend" never mind legal matters. I will talk to her about during my next visit in March, provided they haven't closed by then...
Between VIP changing owners and Sun putting hundreds of thousands of dollars into it's new building, I am sure the powers behind these spas have plans in place to keep the dollars flowing. The small spas may have a bit of a struggle but the main ones will work things out. Those other cities likely did not have the Spa infrastructure in place that Warren does. Way too much money at stake for an issue, that will likely get all kinds of attention until November, then simply fade away. Down here in Fl, new spas are opening every month, this is likely a very well funded and connected industry with lot's of resources at it's disposal. Anyone have a link to what is actually in the law???
Had trouble getting off, had to remove cover and finish with a bj and she swallowed every drop "dirty little whore"
Got digits, may work her on the outside!
