It was intense. Time - are you talking about who I think you are talking about!?!?!? I only ask because of an incident I had at a well known AMP in NoCal when I was living up there last. Yeah, it was quite awkward for me and I'm sure for the other guy as well. Any one of you ever inadvertently cross paths with another hobbyists before or after a session and how did you feel about it/handle it?
When I cross paths with other mongers, I usually try to gauge if embarrassed about being seen. If so, I turn away or grab a paper. Else, I just smile and nod.
At the places I spend time in where the AMP ladies have me hang out and we go do things together away from the AMP, etc., when I'm there and they're not actually doing me, they have me hang out in a spare room or in the lounge/office area to avoid having other dudes see me.
About 3 weeks ago I was at 1 of these and both the lady I was there to see and the only other lady who was there also had a guy who had come by who's more than a client and more like a friend. My lady had me in a room and she went and bitched out the other lady and told her to take the guy into a room too. Kinda funny.
One AMP that used to be SUPER busy constantly and you always had a wait several years ago had a lobby couch and a coupla spare chairs and often there were at least 2 or 3 other guys already there sitting there rather uncomfortably waiting around for their turn.
