I just noted that the lighted open/close sign is gone and the Serenity Sign in the window is gone so looks like this place has closed.

No think they have closed. I have seen no ads or anything for them in tribune like they used to do. If they did move does anyone know where their new location is?? I called number on their ad on here and left message and nver got a call back
