Sure this is preaching to the choir, but for any lurking parlor girls...
It's not that DIY can't be kinda fun sometimes, but cranking away with my own shoulder pretty much negates any therapeutic benefit from the massage.
I'm getting really discouraged with the whole experience.
New girl last week was totally cool to start, gets me to attention and says, "Party's on you." WTF??? I can have my own party without leaving the house.
She did excellent therapeutic work and then started acting effing psycho asking me questions about what I've heard about her when when I didn't want to finish the job. Why would she start something she wouldn't finish when I wasn't even making a big deal about wanting it?
My approach has been if it's a good massage I'm happy and if it's a HE I'm even happier. Obviously this isn't working. Seems like it's one or the other and the other is just too much bullshit to bother with.
Am I the one with the attitude problem or missing something? Or is that just the way it is in MN right now and that's why the forum has been so quiet lately?

As long as guys see the DIY providers they will exist. If guys stop seeing them service may improve. I will no longer see DIY providers. If someone just wants to do massage, that is ok I respect her decision, but don't tease and then say "you can take care of that yourself."
I never got one with an attitude but I did have one that told me to do it myself but when I moved her hand there she took care of business and another that after I took care of it the next visit she took care of it for me.
In the case I was referring to, she didn't give me attitude like she was offended that I removed the drape that was no longer fully serving its purpose anyway. She went from light and flirty to accusatory and kinda scary in a split second, after giving the boys a good fondle. I left with the impression that her goal from the start was to "expose" any hobbiests and make sure they don't return. Mission accomplished.
Also my bad because that's consistent with the reviews on the place. I was just out to enjoy a massage and went along with her suggestive behavior. This is why I'm saying it doesn't seem to work being open to either. If you really want the HE, there is a strict process to go through to get it, and that all but completely turns me off. Better ways to spend my time and energy...
I would never grab a therapist's hand and just move it there she was holing something else at the time. I am respectful of the therapists and am cautious in my actions. The last thing I want to do is upset someone who gives a great massage since that is what I am really looking for. Thanks all for the advice.

I was going to work there but changed my mind after I found out he was using my pics to bait n switch Clients and purposefully not booking me anything because I was busier than his other girls.
