I doubt you will find which one is the best because there are so many. LE close down many in Vegas every month or 2.Everyone is arrested. Owner of 'PINKS' was murdered and body found in the desert, Everyone working there was arrested. This is all public news on FOX TV. You can check online for adds but i personally urge you not to break the law in Vegas. There are legal places outside of Clark Co. you can go to.
