I guess because Houston's closer to Mexico.
They should do some market research and bring some competition against the Asians in the Dallas area, because we have no Mexicans up here. It's all Thai women who look the same.

 Yeah I was initially just asking why "Houston" (not "Texas") has so many Hispanic ethnicity listed EMP's.

But I checked again on the listings page for Texas and Houston's got 128 EMP's while Dallas has 25. Wow!

Dallas: We have a problem!

Business laws vary from county to county and state to state.

Some counties are more spa friendly than others.

Good friggin question. Why aren't there ANY Hispanic Spas in Austin?
I always figured Hispanics simply aren't in to the MP business. It's a shame, they would make a killing.
