The two spas in Fife have excellent TS's and a sauna as well. The ladies at these places did an excellent job. You can get washed before or after the main event. At Sunshine I got the TS after the workout and at We Wellness Center I started the session with a TS and sauna. Very clean facilities and not super busy when I visited on a Saturday afternoon.
