Why would anyone in the line of work they are in possibly offer any suggestion of any illegal service to anyone over the phone? Do they know you, do they know you aren't LE, do they know you aren't recording the converstation.
You must be new to the hobby. You aren't ready for FS anywhere yet. You need to do a LOT and I mean A LOT more research. Either that or your LE, either way you have to do your homework.
