It is with lots of sadness that I report this place was raided and closed last Friday.

Too bad, this was a great place, perhaps received too much attention with lots of reviews on many boards. I guess being very busy, which they were, and located in a medical office building on a busy street made it only a matter of time till someone complained loud enough to get LE to do something.

Does anyone know anything about the new Chinese massage place called Shangri-La which opened up just next door to where the old Bonan was located. I dropped in the other day fiegning ignorance "I just happened to be walking by..." It gave all the first impressions of a 'service' AMP .... however the lady there said something about "Bonan closed down.... get in trouble.... different type of massage here" .... But I don't know if that was just a front!
The place did give off all the impressions that more was going on there.... they way they talked to you, etc... I just wonder if she was just playing it safe... so have any of you guys tried this place ? It's about 1/3 block down the street (toward malden center) from where Bonan was, it is also located in the bottom floor of a multi use 'professional' building...
