Nothing is generally available on site, so other then getting you a chance for take out from the 'dancer' the VIP is not worth it. If you are intending on take out, you usually have to go through the vip room to order it.
Not real recent knowledge, but as of a year or so ago, anything you want could be found on premises at many of the clubs. Not all clubs, to be sure. The recent fire may have had any number of effects on the block, and like I say, my knowledge is not real current. But if you were looking, you used to be able to find HJ right at the bar (if you're okay with that), and anything you wanted in the back room.
Having said that, unless you're turned on by the thrill of the hunt, the MP experience is cheaper and more reliable, by far.
You can get most anything you want on The Block.
It is the most expensive option for paid company; I frequently find this to be a cost offset by 1) convenience - no appointment or planning required 2) open late 3) selection 4) time get to know the girl and assess compatibility
The hard part for Block newbies to understand is it is variable. Not every girl at every club offers everything. Indeed some girls are "good girls" and just dance. Other girls are rip off artists who just dance. Some girls will do FS at the bar and get off harder because everyone is watching. Every club allows stuff to happen, every club doesn't allow anything. Depends on how recently they've had problems. Depends on if they know you. If they don't know you, but you demonstrate you know the way things work you're probably OK. Unless something is going on behind the scenes. Which clubs are strict and which clubs are "anything goes" can change from week to week, sometimes night to night. You have to go in with you eyes open and pay attention. You have to be clueful. I've seen the whole Block shut down for extras one night because a couple of dumb-arse rednecks came in basically shouting "Which of these here girls are the ones that duz the good stuff in them backrooms?", "What do I gotta do ta get inta the "backroom"? That set off everyone's alarms and the bar became absolutely strictly by the book. For the rest of the night. Worse after getting no attention (because they called so much attention to themselves) the rednecks got bored after about 10 minutes _and went to the next bar and did the same damn thing_. Nobody knew if they were just that stupid, or if it was some sort of setup/sting/news expose or what. So no one took chances. Thus a couple of idiots ruined everybody's night.
The secret to Block success: pay attention, be aware, be polite, treat the girls well, be discreet, don't be cheap.
