A guy is waiting for the doctor and the most beautiful nurse in the world walks in and tells him "I'm here to take your sperm sample." Much to his surprise she drops to her knees and gives him the best blow job he's ever had! She deposits the proceeds into the specimen container and leaves the room. Needless to say, the guy is (pardon the pun) blown away. He just can't believe what happened. Anyway while he's re-composing himself the same nurse comes back and says, "I'm really sorry, but the specimen didn't make it to the lab and we have to do it again....do you mind?" He can't believe his luck! This time after finishing she suggests that he accompany her to the lab just to make sure that everything is ok. While they are walking down the hall, he notices another guy wacking off into a cup. He says to her, "Hey! That was great, but I was just curious...how come I got what I got, and that guy has to do it himself?" She answers, "oh he's on HMO!"
