Any specific guidelines as when to tip? Some choose to tip before services are rendered, others tip after turn over, others tip at the end. I personally have done all three but wanted input from fellow hobbyists.

YMMV but it usually is up to the provider. IF she wants the tip before (many girls do if it is their 1st time with you and you have not built a trust relationship yet), then we must tip before.
I generally prefer to tip after, and most providers I have a long time relationship with understand and accept this. But I am not bothered by a provider who has NOT seen me before asking for or expecting the tip prior to service.

That is true about a tip being upfront as Rock pointed out and for tipping after, I tip accordingly to her service but use the standard table as a base but there are rare exceptions(for ex: there are 2 parlors I know in my area that a massage with a HE is priced at $25/HH & H with no tip but she is satisfied)and not be cheap.

YMMV: A provider who is known for being inconsistent in her attitude and service. i.e. Gets hot and cold reviews.
