I was wondering if anyone else has certain “rituals” they perform before or after they go to Spa’s. I am using the term
“ritual loosely with more emphasis on” things you tend to do that help enjoy your experience. Just for example: when
after I have been serviced I go to Sheridan’s for a Pink Cherry maraschino shake. Indeed it can be quite delightful.
There have been other times I go to Sheridan’s, but the Pink Cherry maraschino shake has become exclusive to
the event. If I happen to go on a non AMP day then I will either choose Vanilla or Peanut butter. Double “Pink”,
double the delight. What are some of the things (before or after) you do. That would be nice if the girl could
serve me a cold one right after service. Hot and Cold here, double shot of Pink, and nothing but smiles.

After a session, I go home & have myself a diet coke with a twist of lime. Then as I'm kicking back on the sofa, I too will think about my session & enjoy the moment over & over again as I'm enjoying my coke.

yeah man, whatever floats peoples' boats.

I try to watch what I eat/drink in the 2 hours prior since I hate having to use the bathroom during the session... Afterwards, water is best after a massage since I think it helps cleanse you. Water, or usually something healthy with it.

Well i wrote what i do after, however before i go, i always take the time to make sure everything is ready.
That way I won’t have to find my keys, figure out what clothes I should wear, iron any clothes etc. It would
probably be too distracting if i have other things to focus on besides the girl, I prefer to be in the moment.
I found it helps take it in or reflect upon those moments with more clarity after if everything is prepared.

I too will drink some water after my session. I only drink my coke once I get home.

Source, thanks for the good chuckle.

At the end of my visits, I take a leak in the spa restroom. Then the mamasan gives me a bottle of water. I drink it in the car as I head home or to my ultimate destination (DC). Sometimes after the massage, I get pissed at myself for putting up with terrible service and promise myself never to go back. Then after a few weeks, the urge hits me again and I do it all over again. Some people never learn - especially me.

BTW, I am interested in what Apache and TheROCK think of the Pink Cherry maraschino shake ritual!

I wake up 2 hours before I leave. Fill myself full of vitamins and l-arginine tabs. 1 oolong tea and a low fiber healthy breakfast. I try to keep the fiber low near my spa visits so I don't fart all over the place. Shower, cleaning my ass as thoroughly as they do, brush my teeth vigorously, get dressed. Empty all but my license, train pass and bank card from my wallet. Then do a bunch of dips and pushups to pump myself up. Same thing every time. After I am done, I walk around the city in a daze, if I had a good session. Same thing every time. Maybe I should try a pink shake, but the spa visit days usually aren't on my cheat meal days.

You mean not EVERYONE has a Pink Cherry Shake "after?" My routine?

Before: I drive around the AMP location a bit trying to be observant of anything I think is out of place. Like there was this one time a police cruiser was sitting, idling just in front of the AMP ...and there was no donut store in sight. I think the officer was eating a pink donut, though.

After: I get dressed and leave.

Before I go, I make sure that I don't see the same provider that I previously went to and follow my rotation. Be sure that my 7-8 week interval is valid, if not then i'll slip in a $25-$40 service at my convienent Handy store twice a year. I go on the weekend but will try to be her first customer. Take a good, clean, and hot shower(if I'm going to get a RJ,then I clean the brown-eye well)then brush my teeth, and make sure I have mint sugarless gum. Make sure I separate the house fee in 1 pocket and the tip in the other. After the encounter, I dine and get something to eat, but not sweet as I already had my snatch, I mean snack . Speaking of interval, time is almost up .

I get up early and go to the gym for circuit training. I go home and eat a light meal, take a shower and a nap. Then make the drive to AMP City in the afternoon.

I usually get a water or two to take with me for the ride home. After I get home, I relax by sitting at the computer and having a few beers.

Pretty much the same ritual every time.

My "ritual" is I take my bluetooth off and leave it in the car, and I put my phone on vibrate.
Then I go in.

Frogg - When I lived in Toledo, I would always worry about LE. Toledo was always being watched and, subsequently, most places have closed. Nowadays. I do not worry at all. So my ritual does not include being paranoid.

I agree wsith Jeff S, I don't worry, not married, so let the system do what they have to do. I treat every AMP visit(most of my time with the AMP ladies that I do see, they come to my condo.), as I do with a date, shower, shave, dress well, and see 0ne of my three favorites, gave up looking for new girls, the three ladies that I see are the best, so why should I spend my money on second best. I don't have any "after" rituals, I enjoy thinking about my time with them. Since I do not get a massage, I do not miss the massage table that they have at a AMP. The nice part is that they can make all of the noise that they want, without worry. Interesting topic.

I actually pack my gym bag -- a beach towel ( to lay down on their couch so as not to mess it up), lotion, Japanese super thin condom, cock ring, and usually a pair of nylons for them to wear. Adjust wallet for the right amount of cash, turn off cell, put wedding ring in pocket, and off I go!

Question, why take off the ring? All the spa girls I know would not care if you are married and actually prefer married guys (less drama) for outside the spa boyfriends. Not to mention married guys are usually "safer" as they do not want to take home any suprises if you know what I mean.

Yes, good point, if you don't think it bothers them, I was really just doing it out of respect for them. Probably pretty dumb anyway, as there is always a tan line there. Also, it simplifies things, as I didn't want to leave it in truck, and I would worry about losing it from my pocket. I don't know what I would tell the wife if I lost it
