Does anyone know of any AMPs or specific providers that offer greek on the menu? Not just Pine, Tree, but anywhere on Oahu?

I read somewhere about 2-3 months ago that there is a provider named Anna at Sunshine that did greek. Don't know if she's still there.

I've never heard of anyone at Pinetree offering greek. Hah, I didn't even know this section was related to Pinetree until you mentioned it!
