Have plenty of experience with hobbying but have never gone down this path. Can someone point me to or help me with the process so I can "maximize" the return on my investment? Am generally a lover of the full service though the partial stuff could be just the thing to take the edge off a tough day. As well, are there busier times than others? Can you make an appointment? One Spa has seemingly caught my eye. Thanks guys!

There are times busier than others or days. I would say the best time to go would be when they first open up(for example,if it's 9:00am, be there at 9:00am or several minutes after). It's also to your advantage as the providers are fresh; Hygeine, mentally, and physically. The busiest times would be the weekend(friday, saturday, and sunday)or weekdays in the afternoon or evenings. As for a appointment, yes you can make a appointment for your favorite provider(but make sure she is working on that day)or one you like to see, but make the appointment at a time that is slow.
