Why isn't anyone running a MP in or near the Tri-cites?

I was hoping there was something close by. Figures there wouldn't be anything given how big the cops are on cracking down on prostitution in the area. Granted there are plenty of loose women to pick up in bars but who wants to deal with psycho redneck and or drug addict drama.
