People seem to have different thoughts on how they define a lady they view as fitting that term and I think how slender the build is more the defining characteristic than the actual stature. Some discussion threads I've seen in VIP RB forums talk about that a slender lady doesn't fit the def if she's over some specified arbitrary height.
