If it didn't share the bldg with a Citgo convenience store, I would mark it as "private location", because there is relatively little commercial or residential traffic in the immediate neighborhood. The place looks like a dump from the outside, but I noticed the back had a fairly-new privacy fence around the back yard. Inside was much better, they made a good effort to dress up the room I was in with decent furniture and artwork, and the table cover/towels and supplies were fresh-looking and pleasantly arranged. And last but not least, my favorite: a wall mirror alongside the table!
